I hate Webafrica

I am fed up with Webafrica and their horrible service. I requested for a downgrade on the 5th of July, and i habe been given a run around, the management does not even know what they doing. The stuff is lazy and dont want to do their job. I habe been querying my downgrade request and it is still not done. What is worse i am told it will be done on the 1st of November without any guarantees, now who myst pay the 799 again?. I workbfrom home and i neef the fibre services, whst is worse is that i cant even go to another service provider, they don't want to cancel my service. I want my money back and i dont want anything to do with webafrica. I hate the people they employ, irs slmost as if its a fly by night company. I will never ever refer anyone to this stupid company ever again. I WANT MY SERVICES WOTH YOU CANCELLED OR FIX THIS DOWNGRADE TODAY!!!!!!
