I had my fiber line vandalized last week

I had my fiber line vandalized last week. I contacted my ISP Webafrica immediately. That was last week Thursday already. They promised me a call back, but up to now, no one has called. They also told me that their installer/provider has a backlog, which I feel has got nothing to do with me. As a customer, I pay in advance, and nothing gets credited back to me. I am losing out on 4 days already, without internet. This is so frustrating. 😔
