I had an installation rescheduled as installers didn't pitch and yet again today no one showed

I had an installation rescheduled as installers didn't pitch and yet again today no one showed. I am waiting for an hour already. No answer when calling in and no agents available via whatsapp. Called Vumatel who scheduled this reschedule and they said Cpt office will be in contact. Still no one called. What ****es me off the most is that NO ONE is communicating not even to let you know that the installers will be late. What the hell must a person do with Vumatel and these ISP's who really can't be bothered.
