I had an incredible experience with Webafrica's WhatsApp support team today! I ran into an automatic glitch while trying to book my new Vuma Reach installation for my main house, but a consultant named Nobulali stepped in and completely saved the day. She was so professional, cleared up the confusion immediately, and manually escalated everything to Vumatel to request our new line 3. Incredible, fast, and helpful service when I needed it most!
