I had an email to up...

I had an email to upgrade my line from 20/10 to 40/10 with the remainder of July 2021 and only pay from August 2021.. I have maybe had a chat to 10 consultants .. One guys Ashraf Davids even told me on the 21 July that it will be upgraded in 24 hrs ... its now the 27th .. it has not been upgraded and each consultant keeps saying they are transferring my to provisioning ... it never gets connected ... at this moment i am holding on for the past 30 minutes for Provisioning. 1. why did i get an email stating that the line will be upgraded within 2 hours 2. Who will credit all these free days that were missed 3. please tension up your consultants not to lie.
