I had a fibre to the home with them and had to move home. I cancelled my subscription in May and I was told that the subscription will only be cancelled end of June because Frogfoot requires a calendar month notice. However on the 1 st of July another debit order went through. After spending 3 hours on Whatsapp I was told that the service has not been cancelled when I asked for it but it will now be cancelled and I would receive a credit and a refund within 24 to 72 hours. I Enquired again 3 days later just to find out that the cancellation and refund was again not processed. Had to start all over again!! Pathetic to say the least. You cannot speak to anyone at the Ccompany just Whatsapp. Problem has still not been solved! Stay away from Webafrica!
