I had a connection issue
I had a connection issue. Normally I would wait almost an hour for an agent to get back to me but today I had great service from Nobuntu. She responded within 5 minutes. She helped me to solve my connect ion issue. It took about 15 minutes but she was very patient and helpful. Nobuntu is the reason I am giving the 5 starts today
