I had a connection issue and was assistant by an agent named phumeza who assisted me patiently and who also advised me on how to check my router for future references she assisted me and stayed online until the problem was resolved I'm happy with her service she reinstated my trust in your company as I had this problem before and it took 5 days to solve so I'm super happy about the service I received today
