I had 2 issues this ...
I had 2 issues this morning, 1 x cancellation due to moving house, the other was a new service, and this literally took them less than 30minutes, the manner in which they handled my call was amazing, had to be transferred from one department to another due to cancellation and new service request at the same, I will rate them 10 for amazing manner they dealt with my query
