I give up.... i wonder if I will be able to get the assistance here

I have been contacting this center via WhatsApp since they do not pic up their calls, every time I ask for assistance, it's either the agent doesn't read to understand, they read to respond.....or they transfer you to another agent that will help, when that happens, you need to borrow an angel's heart shem coz you can wait for even up to 24 hours for assistance, I have ref numbers for all these interactions...i.e.: the most recent 933056, where an agent was not reading what I was enquiring about: 754525.....and the rudest agent: 742445.... that time....they are quick to cut your service if their system couldn't debit.....wuuuu shem!!
