I gave the company 4 stars, since as of late I've had some frequent issues
I gave the company 4 stars, since as of late I've had some frequent issues. However, I would like to make mention of Sithembile Y. from Whatsapp customer support. Sithembile is the most memorably helpful agent I've spoken to in years, not just at WebAfrica, but also in general. The company itself would have received, at this point, maybe a 2 star from me, if not for Sithembile being so helpful. A helpful and efficient customer service agent makes the problems feel less frustrating.
