I find the waiting times a bit too lengthy when trying to resolve an issue as an existing customer
I find the waiting times a bit too lengthy when trying to resolve an issue as an existing customer. However, if you are trying to open a new account, there is someone available straight away... I feel customer retention should be priorized more. The offerings are amazing though.
