I feel ****med paid for a service I did not receive

I recently moved so I completed a application with a consultant on the We Africa customer zone.I was advised that the installation was going to happen on the 31-01-2025 only to receive a call advising me that there are no more ports in my area to accommodate my new installation.Like really after the sales gentle man checked and confirmed availability for me so that I make a payment for R399 installation I'm not happy at all.
