Think twice before choosing this company as your wifi provider. We haven't had connection for close to 2 weeks now and the worst part is they don’t have a direct line you speak to someone via whatsapp and nothing ever gets resolved, its like speaking to robots. Ive requested numerous times to please get a technician but the chat just gets closed and you have to start a new chat where you are asked the same questions and then there is no answer and eventually the chat gets closed. I can’t wait to cancel and get a service provider that will give us value for our hard earned money! Linked email ***
