I did not like that I recieved a payment notification that i must pay even though i knew i had paid
I did not like that I recieved a payment notification that i must pay even though i knew i had paid. And it took a while to get in touch with and agent, however once I did speak to an agent it took less then 20 minutes to sort me out. Like a hospital when you have to wait for hours to see a doctor. But when you do see a doctor, the doctor is very good at his job. Competent agents, very clear on information and very professional language. Thank you guys. I appreciated the manner in witch I was assisted. Manners maketh the company🤝
