I dealt with a wonderful agent name Busisiwe regarding my password on my modem and she was brilliant at assisting me with the change of password,her patience and motivation to assist is duely noted as great service rendered by webafricas team of excellent staffing. I highly recommend the company as they've been my service provider for the past 7yrs and I have never had an issue with them in terms of their response times and their effective methods of dealing with client issues. 5 Star from myself.
