I cannot make payment!

I'm sorry, but WebAfrica has the ****piest online payment method amongst all ISP's. I'm currently disconnected from their fibre services and have been trying again and again for the past couple of hours to make payment. I have added my card details over 6 times and still not finding any jobly, it also doesn't help not having a contact number and have been waiting for your Whatsapp "helpline" to respond for over 2hours. Just looking at customer complaints on this platform should tell you abouy this ISP.
