I canceled my service with webafrica months ago and they have just debited my account again after I blocked the debit order months ago they just change the reference number every month and keep on debit my account I cancel because they are a useless service provider battle too get issues sorted and can only contact them with a useless whatsapp service where *********** agents can sort your issues with them I spoke too numerous webafrica agents and just say sorry will get back too you then chat ends and start all over with a nother *********** agent all sh....t all over again what a bunch of clowns I went too webafrica too return the router and told them my whole experience with their useless company and yet a again sorry sir we will attend the matter and get back too you still nothing and no body what a useless *********** and unreliable buch of clowns
