I can see why they have 1 star

I created three separate tickets. The first two got closed without any feedback. The third ticket has been open since October 2022.

Every single time I contact them, they literally just say the same thing: "The core critical team will be notified." Nothing ever gets done when you have an issue with Webafrica. I've done numerous speed tests for them that clearly indicates an issue.

Don't waste your money with this company.
