I received a welcome whatsapp from Webafrica I requested full disclosure of upfront fees before we connetct and the next best thing I receive a whatsapp confirming that I have been connected with a statement of R 1 700.00!!!! Nothing was installed no rooter was delivered!!! I requested 10 times with 15 agents to cancel and an additional R 300.00 was added due to my request to cancel. It is 7days later with 10 requests only to receive an e-mail that they will give me one month for free!!!! Absolutely pathetic - hidden cost, ******** do not apply through Webafrica!!!
