I am struggling to receive my refund from webafrica for 2 months now, I sent them my receipt for paying for the installation which did not take place, no coverage at my address
I am struggling to receive my refund from webafrica for 2 months now, I sent them my receipt for paying for the installation which did not take place, no coverage at my address. Sent through my bank confirmation letter for them to process my refund, it has been 3 months now and no response.

02 Sept 2025, 16:23I can never get hold of webafrica via any of the portals, email, WhatsApp or phone, and even when one ask them to call you directly they don't respond. The agents mess you around just transfer you to other departments not taking responsibility for the problem at hand. Disgusted in this service really,but I want my refund from them hey.
