I am so frustrated my wifi has been off for 4days every agent keeps telling me different stories and I was advised for the day that I have been off I will not be compensated unless it's 7 days or more well I paid for a full month i am so stressed out as they keep calling me on my partner name that passed away I was told to send documents stating that he passed away to place the wifi into my name and still when they reach out to me it's under my late partner name and calls me on his name I am so angry right now what a way to enjoy your festive season I asked to log a complaint and the agent told me as a agent he will provide me with an email and as a customer I should email the complaints team as it's not his duty I was promised a call from a manager and received nothing. Well well the fact remains I'm still sitting without wifi
