Hustle to cancel service

Worst service I have ever received. Customer service is non existent. The only channel to reach them is by WhatsApp and those agents will keep you waiting. When I get someone it’s like talking to a 5 year old and if they feel like they don’t wanna assist they will transfer you and the system will take me to bot. I have been trying to cancel their service since August. The cancellation has not been finalised until today. When I get agents they just ask me why I want cancel and transfer me to cancellation department which the chat will say “there has been no communication between myself and the agent” and automatically end the chat.

There is a cancellation button on customer zone which is there for decoration as it doesn’t work. This is the worst company ever. I am still waiting for my refund for October because why after 3 months of cancellation request they are still deducting my account? In October I disconnected their router and returned it but I am being charged for service I never received.
