HUGE DELAY IN INSTALLATION

I have never personally experienced such bad service in my life

We have struggled to get our fiber installed at our new home. It have been 3 weeks since we notified WebAfrica. The informed us they are waiting for Frogfoot. I’ve spoken to several agents and keep on extending the time to revert back to us on installation.

The communication between webafrica and frogfoot is definitely a BIG problem.

I will not recommend using them.
