How to go on prepaid

I took out fibre from webafrica on prepaid and one day a lady phoned me (i have her name) to tell me to pay R399 to have my fibre line activated and she spicificly told me its prepaid so i asked someone to use his account to deposit the R399, then this lady afterwards told me i cannot go on prepaid (i have the proof of what we chatted and talked) now my problem is how the heck do i go on prepaid? Ive been on whatsapp whole day, basically everday i speak to LOTS of customer care people and then gets put threw to robot, then i wait then some idiot again chatting to me, simple quetion how do i get someone in authority from webafrica to solve my problem and put me on prepaid...easy is that. If webafrica is reading this i am gonna tell the 6 customers i had for you to go somewhere else. And educate your people working for you because they LIE allot...i have proof
