How to get rid of Webafrica?

I read through the complaints - same bad service here too. I also see that the company is not responding to any, so the Hellopeter service is also useless. Do anyone know where you can go to get WebAfrica's attention, or to get some service response as they hide behind a WA Bot and NO tel numbers listed, NO email address listed - jut absolutely NO way to get to them.
