How is this fair to your clients!???

Webafrica is misleading people. You fill in your home details to show you if their fiber is in your area and with me it shows it is. They deliver the router super fast, just for you to be *****ed around because now apparently they still installing this '' fiber '' and you need to wait. They also can't tell you how long the wait is. For me it's been 5 weeks. They claime you on a pre order! I'm so ****ed off because it feels like you are being ****med when they show you there's fiber.
