How do you run a company without the option for your clients to SPEAK to a consultant?

I have been trying to SPEAK to a consultant from Webafrica regarding discrepancies on my account, you can ONLY contact them via various Chat options and not telephonically. During these "chats" undertakings are made and not executed and I'm still waiting for a credit to be issued since 23 November 2023 after cancelling a botched order...
