How can you do as you please without the customers consent ?

<p>Dear webafrica,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now a client with you for almost 2 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>6 months it took to sort my account out. Credits left and right and no refunds.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the same has happend as I only have a 2.5mb line (I was on a 4mb package, now 8mb)</p> <p> </p> <p>Please tell me if i can only handle 2.5mb, why in GODS name am I now on double ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Let the CEO of webafrica please contact me !</p> <p> </p> <p>I am gatvol for the finance department who whises to do as they please </p>
