How can a company run with such incompetence???

They very quick to sign you up and take your money, but when it comes to the actual product, they are absolute *******. Internet doesn't work, you lucky on the days you get like 2 bars signal. Rude staff. Best of all if you want to cancel you have to go through a ridiculous WhatsApp robot who attempts to put you through a consult for over a week!!!!
