Hosting staff lost my files and emails
Is your website down? I can't access my control panel either. Your support staff upgraded my hosting packages but guess what they didnt change the firewall routing so any client who tried to email me for over a week kept getting mailbox not found errors....loss of business to me. Guess what else, the same staff that upgraded my hosting deleted all my hosted files so any client that tried to hit my domains ran into a \under construction"screen...more loss of business. Get your damn act together this is so unprofessional"
