Hosting problems!

I recently transfered a domain to my hosting package at webafrica [URL Removed] We copied my site etc to the domain/hosting package but ever since my mails have gone and I can not set up any mails for that domain. I have phoned webafrica whereby I was told the problem would be fixed within 15 mins, I heard nothing within 4 - 5 hours and activated the online live chat function where I spoke to a person and after 2 and a half hours the person just quit the chat without informaing me where they are in the process to rectify the problem. I have still not heard anything from webafrica and my mails are also not fixed yet. I have a similar problem with webafrica recarding the [URL Removed] domain that can also not send and receive mails - keeps saying that there is something wrong on the server? I have reported that problem a while back and have not heard anything from webafrica regarding that as well. I would not recommomend webafrica at this stage because of their lack of communication and problem solving abilities.
