Hosting account suspended after payment

<p>My hosting account recently got suspended after I made a payment. Their support all pointed me to the billing department, but they are very slow to reply to tickets. So I thought I'd give Hellopeter a try to see if someone from Webafrica can help me to get my website back online.</p>
