Hostage Tactics

After a horrible experience with our fibre line quality, reluctance to service their clients and and waiting 13 hours to get a response from an agent on any given day, we ended our contract with WebAfrica on 1 December 2020. We got a confirmation email. It is Jan 4 and they have still not released our line so that we can move to a reliable ISP. This is a blatant hostage tactic. Stay away from WebAfrica, no matter how 'cool' they think they are, they are far from it.
