Horrifying services. Delivered the modem however it doesn't work. Trying to contact their so called "super dooper" whatsapp chat took 5 hours before I even got a reply. Today again, I call tech support and get hung up on and still no answer on whatsapp. But one has to pay the bill super dooper fast
