Horrific Services throughout

Horrific services from the Team at large. Paid for the Fiber on the 5th April 2022 as the area was LIVE. The installation took place on the 28 April 2022. Till today no services are working and no one is communicating with me. Customer service number is also clueless on what's the delay not to mention the Whatsapp number that has no answer at all.
