Horrific Service from Web Africa

I am shocked and extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Web Africa. They are so quick to request payment and receive your money, but then nothing gets done. I paid my activation fee nearly 3 weeks ago and still have no fibre installed in my house. I have received no communication from them, however, every time I reach out to Web Africa, I get the same response, that they are working on it with FrogFoot? Absolute disgraceful service and if you read the other reviews on this company, they all reiterate what I have just said. Absolutely ridiculous how this company is still operating
