Horrific service

I had a terrible experience with Web Africa. I accidentally made two payments for the same month's service, and despite reaching out to their client care department, I've never received a refund. It's shocking that a company can't handle a simple issue like this. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve this basic problem is unacceptable. I'd strongly advise others to avoid Web Africa due to their poor service and lack of customer care.
