Horrific company

Having a terrible time dealing with Webafrica. I sent my router back after canceling with them. They had already taken R1900 from my account for the router. After sending it back I asked them for a refund. 2 weeks later and the refund was only processed this Friday after being told it was processed two weeks ago. Everytime I called in for an update (about 5 times) I was told the refund was not processed by the previous person I spoke to. Absolutely disgusting service.
