HORRIFIC AND EXHAUSTING CANCELLATION EXPERIENCE

I have been struggling to cancel my service package with WebAfrica. I alerted the team in December 2022 over a cancellation needed however received limited support and their Chatbot ( which is meant to help clients) doesn't provide much support. It has been an exhausting and time consuming experience and now scales it up to involve my bank. Please use caution when using this company! I would NOT recommend WebAfrica!
