horrid service

if i could give a minus score rating i would ... firstly there is no way to contact them besides whatsapp ... for a month now ive been waiting for installation... they have already debited me fo the router and it was delivered every week when i ask when am i having my installation done they say there is a problem with the address they need a copy of the lease i send that the guy said by thursday of last someone will contact you for installation ... a whole week went by no call... today i message on whatsapp they said my lease stated a different address ... when i go back to the lease i sent i said the correct information has been provided... the lady says that she cant help me beside escalating it ... terrible service
