Horrid service

I am very ****ed off with the service from Webafrica I have been waiting for a whole month basically for my installation because at first when i called sales I was reassured about so many things and then when it wasnt happeniing an i query I get told yes sir but you shiuld have said how big ur home is which is just beyond me these sales people make it as if I am the one at fault but in truth they did not do due dilligence when giving information the AI bot they have is useless it sends you in circles I ask simple questions and a so called agent sends me in circles again , my installation is costing me this company is costing me time and hassles at every turn, oh god and ask questions about cancelling and you get sent in more circles. the service is shocking honestly I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life.
