Horrid Non Service

Everybody out there, please stay away from Webafica. I have never in my 62 years of life experienced such horrid non-service. I used them for a few months and could not watch any movies on Showmax. After spending most of my free airtime and about 20 calls they still could not fix it. Then my salary date changed form the 1st to the 15th and again after many hours on the phone they told me it could not be done. Then I wanted to cancel the service. After many hours and as many phone calls I eventually got hold of them and then was advised that I can do it only on the website. They would send me a password to go into the website. I phoned again and again and was promised the same. I never got the password. Please do not try their whattsup service as they promise you the sun and the moon but guess what? I am still waiting for them. I then wanted to stop payment but they have very cleverly made it impossible to stop the debit order. I went to the bank and they could not stop it.
