Horrid customer service!!

Horrid service, my refund requests have been ignored and these are from April to June 2019. Escalating complaints makes no difference. My complaint has been ignored by Janine (Manager in the support Centre). They do not deserve to have any clients. Watch out for their 'free installation with Octotel' offer as it is what they use to prevent you from leaving their shocking service.
