If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, terrible organization within the company, and just all round useless. Things are only ever done when you threaten to cancel your account or if you leave bad reviews, and even then they aren't done correctly or at all. Complete waste of time, don't bother using them as an ISP.
