Horrible WiFi Customer Service Team

Since 8am struggling to get through to customer chat service. At 18H00 eventually a consultant named Lihle answered. From 18H00 till 20H00 I've been struggling with Lihle for assistant as the consultant replies after every 30mins. The chats are closed and I've still not receive any feedback. I've been struggling to get through to customer service for 12hours
