Horrible webafrica/vumatel

This is the most horrible service I’ve ever received, from trying to get ahold of them to chatting to their agents that don’t ever take a query once 5pm strikes yet they say they finish at 6pm. I’ve been trying to upgrade my WiFi package for the past 5 days and still I haven’t been assisted. I would not recommend vumatel or webafrica to anyone!.
