Horrible webafrica

2nd upload for this horrible company. Been speaking to 3 people and no one lifts a finger to help. My internet has been down for thw whole month. The people involved that I have communicated with, but has put in no effort to rectify the situation are. Heinrich Dourie Yolanda mseleni Ricardo Tango The facebook service is also useless and only tells me my ticket logged was responded to 14 days ago and the service is fixed, which it isn't.
