Horrible service with Webafrica
I have been struggling now for 2 days to get Webafrica to resolve my problem with my internet being down. You cannot phone and talk to them you need to whatsapp and talk to a Bot who has no glue and do not resolve your problem. Then you are directed to an agent who AGAIN you need to whatsapp. I am now on the 3rd agent in 2 days! There is no urgency and they keep on asking you to repeat the same steps. It is the worst experience I have ever had with an internet provider. I don't know how to get this resolved!!!!!!!!!

27 Aug 2024, 13:50After another couple of hours and the 3rd agents no states it is because it is not authenticating..........what ever that means! And now he needs to escalate the matter .......... in the turn around time for an escalation to be fixed is 48 hours!!!! I have no problem paying and they have no problem taking my money!!!! But it takes them 3 days to resolbe a problem and a Bot and 3 agents........it this is if they can solve my problem in the next 48 hours!

27 Aug 2024, 19:28I first reported my issue 12:59 yesterday and still it is not resolved! I am paying for a service where the support is non existing! Surely in today's day and age this can be fixed if you have a competent support team! How difficult can it be!!!

Now I get an e-mail from Web-Africa stating they have logged the fault, and it will take 48 hours to resolved! At 27th August 13:50 they stated 48 hours! This is ridiculous!!!!!

28 Aug 2024, 14:18Webafrica do not fix my problem with my internet connection but send me an e-mail stating the monthly fee will be increased!!!!!!! We are now busy with the same issue for more than 48 hours!!!!! Nothing!!!! No update!!!! And there is no use talking to the stupid Bot which keeps on giving you the stupid responses!!!!!!!!!!
