Horrible service with web africa

Good day I had entered a contract with Web Africa service provider on the 05 of January and till to date they haven't been in contact with me, I am appalled by their service or lack there off no contact on they side since I had made payment. At first they said after payment I should wait 5 days and their installers would come and install the internet, a week later I contacted them they said I should wait 7 to 14 working days which I did and still they haven't come I feel I am being given the run around and my consent is that I paid for an entire month yet no services have been provided and the negligence on they side because they never contact me
